INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SHIPPING TO Taiwan / HongKong / Macau

All items are shipped from CHINA.

All items are shipped by the China Post / Yanwen express / SF express.

We will choose a logistics method to send your goods based on the time required by each logistics to reach different countries and regions.

 

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
If you decide to make an additional order and wish to combine shipping, please contact us immediately. We’ll make every effort to combine orders and correct shipping charges.

DELIVERY
Please allow 2-3 business days (*Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays) for order processing and verification. Once completed, your order will be shipped out from our warehouse using the selected shipping method at the time of check out. Your order should also reach you according to the time frame of the selected shipping method. Although we try to avoid it, expect processing days to possibly reach 3-4 business days during peak holidays or immediately after a collection drop. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Once your order leaves China, the more detailed tracking information may also be found on the website of your country’s designated postal service. Also you can tracking your order on our website use 17track, But for some countries, tracking information may only be provided up until the package departs China.


TERMS
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.  We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect billing/shipping information provided by customer upon checkout. We are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Our price is non-tax included, if the local Customs detains parcels and asks for customs duties, we’re not responsible for it.
